Renee’s professional real estate experience dates back to 2008 when she navigated through the booming real estate industry in southeastern China as a market analyst in DTZ’s Shenzhen Office (now Cushman & Wakefield). Prior to joining Dreamega in 2023, Renee had been a professional urban planning consultant for seven years, based primarily in the Watertown, MA headquarter of VHB, an established civil engineering and planning firm with local and national reputations. Through her urban planning practices, Renee became an expert in local land and housing development regulations, with a particularly keen insight into the housing market trends and the evolving neighborhood characters in the Metro Boston area. In addition, Renee has been on the Town of Belmont’s Planning Board over the last four years, which offers her firsthand experience and knowledge in the local zoning and permitting process for residential new constructions, additions and renovations, etc. 

Renee is also passionate about her real estate career on a personal level because she has a deep interest in architectural and interior design and takes great pride in helping her clients achieve their goals, whether it’s searching for their dream houses to buy or pricing and staging their properties for sale.
